Elementary TAG Program Manager – .2 FTE position

The Talented and Gifted program, known as Friday Academy, will be established in the four elementary schools of the District and will serve students in grades 4 – 6. The Program Coordinator will write and edit the required DOE documentation. This will require an evaluation of the TAG identification methods, attendance at Friday Academy sessions to observe and describe students using the curriculum in the classroom and the development and administration of surveys for all participants. In addition, this person will chair the Advisory Board, schedule Professional Development sessions for teachers and parents and be responsible for coordination between teachers, parents, Smith students and consultants.
